SPINACORDYL L contains the active substance baclofen.
It is indicated for:
- the treatment of muscle spasticity, especially that due to spinal cord injuries;
- the relief of spasticity of voluntary muscle resulting from such disorders as: multiple sclerosis, other spinal lesions, e.g. tumors of the spinal cord, syringomyelia (a rare disorder in which a cyst forms within your spinal cord), motor neuronal disease, transverse myelitis;
- the treatment of skeletal muscle spasm resulting from rheumatic disorders; -the relief of spasticity of voluntary muscle, in adults and children, arising from e.g. cerebrovascular accidents, cerebral palsy, meningitis, traumatic head injury.
